We're Hiring

We're looking for dedicated farm hands to help us kick off our upcoming Spring Festival starting this March. Rockberry Ranch strives to provide our guests with excellent service during their entire experience here on the farm. As a Rockberry Ranch team member, you will work closely with our guests, other team members and possibly even our farm animals. As a team member, it's important to help guests with questions and provide any assistance they may need to ensure they have the best experience possible. Just like guests, all applicants are welcome!

Smile, you're making a difference! If you enjoy working with people and aiding customers in sales, this position is perfect for you. You'll be stationed at our front gate or other various registers. You'll work with an iPad to help process customer transactions, engage with customers, help resolve guest issues and provide accurate information in response to questions about the farm.

There's plenty of great food on the farm. Join our concession crew if food is your calling. You'll be able to help prep snacks, serve food/drinks, clean and restock food/drink items. This position is great if you enjoy working as part of a team to serve our guests the very best quality snacks and beverages!

Do you love animals? So do we! Become a petting zoo attendant for the chance to work directly with the animals here on the farm. You will be responsible for looking after our animals along with aiding guests as they enter the petting zoo. You may also have to feed and possibly bathe the animals. Prior experience is a benefit, however additional training can be provided.

Safety first! You will be trained to operate our attractions in the safest and most responsible way in order to provide our guests with the most fun and secure experience possible. Friendly and attentive folks will be needed for this position.

Help keep our farm maintained and presentable. This is the perfect position for a trustworthy independent worker. You will be required to collect trash around the farm, keep dining areas clean, maintain restroom cleanliness and more. Help be that special element that keeps our guests coming back for more fun!

Can you operate a tractor? Perfect! Join our team to be a designated tractor driver. Help pull our hayride and/or bee train attractions. It'll be your responsibility to help guests find their seats and ensure the ride remains on the designated path. Must be 25 years of age or older in order to be a tractor driver on the farm.

Berry & Flower Fields

Help maintain and manage our strawberry, blackberry, and flower fields at Rockberry.

Face Painter

Responsible for painting simple designs on guest faces in a quick and efficient manner. Ensuring a positive & comfortable face painting experience.
